Show Errors
If the import or the export is completed with errors, the user receives a notification message and is able to view the errors in the Error Log window. The Error Log reports any record that fails and the reason for this failure.
Errors
For each error in the import/export, the following information is displayed in the Errors portion of the Error Log:
- Record #: shows the record number from the external data.
- Date/Time: date/time of the import/export.
- Import/Export: import/export specification name.
- Error Message: reason the record failed.
Errors Details
For each error in the import/export, the following information is displayed:
- Record #: the record number of the external data that failed to be imported/exported.
- Date/Time: date/time of the import/export.
- Import/Export Name: import/export specification name.
- File Name: external data file name and location.
- Error Message: reason the record failed.
Record Data
For each error in the import/export, the following information is displayed:
- Field Name: IntelliTrack field that was being imported or exported.
- Value: data value in the external data that was being imported/exported.
